LINKEDIN STRATEGY & CAMPAIGN
The Problem: Signature Collection was looking to distinguish itself from other perfume stores in Trinidad & Tobago. At the time, the company was preparing to launch a new French line of niche fragrances from Parfums De Marly, but the store had no brand awareness, and its content on social media was very ineffective.
The Solution: I rebranded the company, gave its old logo a facelift, elevated its messaging, and developed a consumer-centric marketing plan that focused on immersive storytelling, sharing helpful tips, and positioning Natika (the owner) as an expert on designer fragrances. Less than 24 hours after the campaign was launched, the company's posts attracted hundreds of likes and comments on LinkedIn.
The Problem: Sweet Nothings, a fruit basket company, had thousands of social media followers on Facebook and Instagram, but they were struggling to drive traffic to their website and increase sales.
The Solution: I started by creating detailed customer personas for 4 of the company's target customers, then I developed a 3-month social media campaign that included a brand photoshoot, collaborations with influencers, models, and brands.
The Problem: Island Pure Essentials, a manufacturer of environmentally conscious products made from natural ingredients, was ready to launch a new skincare line of body oils, butters, and scrubs. The company wanted an Instagram campaign that would convey its brand message, captivate its audience and generate a lot of buzz.
The Solution: I worked closely with the company to unearth its brand voice, and define its target audiences. Then I produced a series of photoshoots to capture the brand's distinctive DNA, showcase its personality, and invite customers into its vibrant, Caribbean story.
